When you look at your resume, what do you see? Does it have a modern  look and feel?  Are your bulleted points concise?  Is it too short or too long?  Are you showing that you are an achiever by incorporating measurable results?

For the job seeker who has submitted their resume countless times with no results or for the individual who wants to write their own resume, a resume review can be an invaluable tool.

As a participant in LinkedIn’s Career Experts program, I have reviewed hundreds of resumes. There are two approaches to my reviews.  The first is an overview that evaluates design and formatting (including fonts, white space, length, and section structure), use of bulleted points, and overall impact.  The second approach is more in-depth, not only analyzing the content but also providing alternative verbiage, formatting suggestions, and key words and phrases that will optimize the resume’s impact.
